As part of the Boston Foundation’s Nonprofit Effectiveness work to advance racial equity within our sector, the Boston Foundation has partnered with YW Boston over the last two years to support ten nonprofit organizations to participate in InclusionBoston. InclusionBoston brings staff and leadership together to have meaningful conversations about racial and ethnic identity within the workplace and to create action plans to reach their organization’s racial equity goals.
