Our Spring 2025 issue digs into the power of impact investing. TBF has been encouraging donors to engage in impact investing for a number of years. Now it has embarked on a major effort to inform donors about the benefits of impact investing and, in the process, strengthen donors’ capacity to help build a more vibrant, prosperous and equitable city and region.

The Winter 2025 edition of TBF News features an in-depth look at elements of our Child Well-Being pathway, with a core focus on our work with nonprofits leading the way on maternal health and early education.

The Summer 2024 edition of TBF News focuses on the ongoing work in our Community Leadership pathway, including efforts such as Safety Net Grants, Shifting Power and Advancing Justice, and civic leadership efforts to strengthen nonprofit leadership and meet basic needs.

This is the first in a series of newsletters exploring our four pathways to equity, beginning with Advancing Community Wealth. Through affordable housing preservation, establishing and strengthening pathways to home ownership, helping to build and grow thriving cultural spaces, and fostering opportunities for Asian, Black, Indigenous and Latino-owned small businesses to thrive, TBF is focused on building stable, enriching and equitable communities across our region. These stories reflect our work in this area.
