Gaining Ground on Equal Pay

This report evaluates the first year of the American Association of University Women's program Work Smart in Boston. The program provides a series of free workshops to thousands of women who work or live in Boston is offered by the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement in partnership with the AAUW.
