Funding Cuts to Public Health in Massachusetts: Losses over Gains

For the past four years, public health programs in the Commonwealth have been imperiled by deep and systematic cuts in funding. This report chronicles the series of cuts to public health programs in Massachusetts over the past four years with an eye toward describing the impacts of those cuts - on programs and on the people they serve - and identifying the policy implications of these cuts on maintaining a healthy population.
