Amplify Your Clients' Charitable Giving
Through a Donor Advised Fund at the Boston Foundation
Donor Advised Funds at the Boston Foundation help your clients streamline their giving, increase impact and receive the maximum charitable tax deductions. As a modern alternative to a private foundation, your clients’ philanthropy can be enhanced by access to our research, skilled asset management and a century of experience with donors and professional advisors.
A DAF is quick and easy to establish at the Boston Foundation and offers your clients an immediate tax benefit. It allows them to make grants over time to nonprofit organizations of their choice locally, nationally, or internationally. DAFs can be established with a donation of cash, stocks, real estate or other non-cash assets. Clients can also take advantage of the benefits of a Boston Foundation DAF, while having their philanthropic assets managed by their trusted professional advisor through our Advisor Managed Fund program.
As a DAF holder, your client will have access to our community of donors, experienced relationship managers, and Greater Boston content experts. Our donor portal allows your clients, and if they choose, their professional advisor, to see the fund’s balance, make grant recommendations, and learn about unique giving opportunities and curated donor events.
