New Report from the Boston Foundation, the Greater Boston Housing Report Card 2019, states that most cities and towns in Greater Boston aren’t building enough housing to keep up with population growth, and that is helping to perpetuate the region’s long and deep racial and class divides.

Allston-Brighton schools to receive arts expansion grants

To date, donors including the Barr Foundation, the Boston Foundation, The Klarman Family Foundation and Linde Family Foundation have committed funds to ensure all pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students receive weekly year-long arts instruction and that 100% of BPS high school graduates meet the Massachusetts Core Curriculum graduation recommendation of one year of arts instruction.
