In 2020, we asked a group of young Boston leaders about the most serious challenges confronting our city in the 2020s. Systemic racism and Boston’s equity gap rose to the top for almost all of them. This year, we asked a group of leaders and activists what they have learned from the triple pandemic of the health crisis, the economic devastation it caused—and the very public exposure of systemic racism.
