Center for Social Policy reports on needs of the chronically homeless

A new report based on interviews by the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) street outreach team analyzes the successes and failures of medical and substance abuse services for chronically homeless individuals. A key finding is the critical importance of a "rapid re-housing" focus, with "accessible, affordable and diverse" housing projects available.
