Executive Director for StreetSafe Boston
In this new position, the Executive Director will serve as a compelling spokesperson on youth violence prevention issues. S/he will ensure the overall strategic direction and effectiveness of StreetSafe Boston (SSB) operations. The Executive Director will act as the Initiative’s advisor, leader, and organizer on programmatic, operational, administrative and systems strategies.

Senior Director of Program Fundraising
In this new position, the Senior Director of Program Fundraising will design, implement, and lead the Foundation’s program fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on national sources of funding – both public and private – as well as other regional and local funders.  S/he will take a hands-on approach to cultivating relationships, developing funding proposals, and working with key staff and board members to secure funding commitments.  The Senior Director will report to the Vice President for Program and will work closely with the Vice President for Philanthropic Services and other members of the Foundation’s leadership team to coordinate Foundation fundraising strategy and activities.

Program Fundraising Associate
In this new position, the Program Fundraising Associate will work closely with the Senior Director of Program Fundraising and the Fundraising Manager in the design and implementation of the Foundation’s program fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on national sources of funding – both public and private – as well as other regional and local funders.  The Associate will research potential sources of funding, write proposals and funder reports, and develop and manage the communications tools that are critical to effective funder cultivation and engagement.

Senior Program Officer – Housing and Community Development
Drive the implementation of the Foundation’s housing and community development strategy, including: developing and managing relationships with partner organizations that are central to the housing strategy; leading the design, resourcing and implementation of key initiatives within the strategy, and working closely with other Foundation colleagues and external partners in formulating and then either leading or supporting key research, policy, and convenings that are central to achieving the strategy’s outcomes.  Supervise other program staff in these areas when applicable.
